Marasera — Italian for sea-evening, the golden hour the Mediterranean turned to memory.

There's a particular hour along the European coast. Late afternoon, when the sun begins its slow descent over the water and everything turns gold. The Italians have a word for it: marasera. Sea-evening. The hour sailors trusted most to find their way home.

We named the brand for that hour because it captures what we wanted our jewelry to feel like. Quiet. Warm. The kind of light you don't notice at first, but that softens everything it touches.

Inspired by the women of the coast

Marasera was built around a specific woman in mind. The one who summered in Positano in the seventies, who wore the same gold chain for forty years and made it look like the only one she ever needed. She didn't chase trends. She didn't need to. Her jewelry was an extension of who she already was.

That woman still exists today. She lives in Amalfi, in Cap Ferrat, in Lake Como. But also in Boston, in Charleston, in any city where a woman understands that quiet elegance always outlasts noise.
