Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Marasera. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders. Please read it carefully along with our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.

Marasera is operated by Moneza LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, United States.


1. Shipping Destinations

We are proud to offer worldwide shipping. We deliver to most countries around the globe.

We do not ship to:

  • Locations subject to U.S. sanctions or trade restrictions
  • Countries where our products are restricted by law
  • APO/FPO military addresses (limited service — please contact us first)
  • P.O. Boxes in some regions (please use a physical street address when possible)

2. Shipping Cost

We offer FREE worldwide shipping on all orders.

No minimum order value required. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay — no hidden shipping fees.

Please note: free shipping does not include import duties, taxes, or customs fees, which may apply depending on your destination country (see Section 6).


3. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Processing times may be extended during:

  • Peak seasons (holidays, Black Friday, Mother's Day, Valentine's Day)
  • Promotional periods, product launches, or sales
  • Periods of unusually high order volume

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, and a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.


4. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery time after shipment:

Total estimated time from order to delivery: processing time (1–3 business days) + shipping time.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary based on:

  • Carrier performance and routing
  • Customs clearance times in your country
  • Weather, natural disasters, or other force majeure events
  • Remote or rural delivery addresses
  • High-volume periods or local holidays
  • Other circumstances outside our control

5. Order Fulfillment

Our jewelry is shipped from our fulfillment partners and warehouses, including locations outside the United States (primarily Asia). This allows us to source quality jewelry directly from skilled artisans and keep our prices accessible.

Shipments are handled by trusted carriers such as USPS, DHL, FedEx, UPS, YunExpress, or similar logistics partners. The specific carrier is selected based on your destination and current shipping conditions. We do not accept requests to use a specific carrier.


6. Customs, Import Duties, and Taxes

Because our products ship internationally, your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees, tariffs, or other taxes imposed by the destination country's customs authority.

Important to Know:

  • You are the importer of record for your order. Shipments are sent on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU/DAP) basis under Incoterms® 2020.
  • Any duties, taxes, or customs fees are your responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping (which is free).
  • These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are outside our control.
  • We cannot estimate the exact amount, as it depends on your country's regulations, the order value, and the product category.
  • In most cases, smaller orders pass through customs without additional charges, but this is not guaranteed.

If You Refuse Delivery:

If you refuse delivery due to unwillingness to pay customs charges, your package may be returned, abandoned, or destroyed by customs. In such cases:

  • We may issue a refund for the product price minus any return shipping costs or fees we incur.
  • Abandoned or destroyed packages are not eligible for refund.
  • We are not responsible for refunding any customs charges already paid.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information typically becomes active within 24–72 hours of receiving the email.

You can track your order:

  • Through the link in your shipping confirmation email
  • Directly on the carrier's website using your tracking number

If your tracking information has not updated for more than 7 business days, please contact us at support@marasera.com.


8. Shipping Address

It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

  • Please double-check your address, apartment/unit number, postal code, and contact information before completing your order.
  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.
  • If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for re-shipping costs.

Address Changes:

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at support@marasera.com. We will do our best to accommodate the change, but we cannot guarantee modifications once an order has been processed or shipped.


9. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Delayed Packages:

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window plus an additional 10 business days, please contact us at support@marasera.com so we can investigate with the carrier.

Lost Packages:

If your tracking has not updated for an extended period or the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. Once a package is officially declared lost, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Packages Marked as Delivered but Not Received:

If your tracking shows your package as "delivered" but you have not received it:

  1. Check with neighbors, your front desk, or other household members.
  2. Look for a notice from the carrier about an alternate delivery location.
  3. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number — they can often provide GPS delivery confirmation.
  4. If still unresolved, contact us at support@marasera.com within 7 days of the delivery date.

We are not liable for packages marked as delivered but reported missing or stolen after delivery confirmation. We recommend shipping to a secure address where someone can receive the package.


10. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the package (exterior and interior) and the damaged items.
  2. Retain all packaging materials until the issue is resolved.
  3. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@marasera.com with your order number and photos.

We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.


11. Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss for all products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage that occur during transit, except as required by applicable law or as outlined in this Shipping Policy.


12. Multiple Items and Split Shipments

If you order multiple items, they may ship from different warehouses and arrive in separate packages on different dates. You will receive a separate tracking number for each shipment. This is normal and does not affect the total cost of your order.


13. Pre-Orders and Backorders

If you order a pre-order or backordered item:

  • Estimated arrival dates are estimates only and may change.
  • If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will ship once all items are available, unless you order them separately.
  • You will be notified by email of any significant changes to pre-order timelines.

14. Changes to This Shipping Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our website or purchase of products constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
